We’re excited about your child joining us at A Mighty Fortress VBS! Here are a few important things you need to know:
This year’s event will be held Wednesday, June 14th thru Friday, June 16th at Trondhjem Lutheran Church.
The times are as follows for Kindergarten through 5th Grade:
Wednesday, June 15th 9:00am – 2:00pm
Thursday, June 16th 9:00am – 2:00 pm
Friday, June 17th 9:00am – 12:00pm (closing program to follow)
PRESCHOOL (Age 4 and older) Times:
Morning Session: Wed. & Thursday 9:00am -11:30am; Friday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
On Friday, there will be a closing program at 12:00pm for all grades, including Preschool, followed by refreshments. Moms, dads, grandparents, siblings, neighbors and friends are all welcome!!!
Send with your child: A water bottle (every day) and lunch with your K-5th grade child on Wed. and Thurs.
A thematic snack will be provided each day. Please no red drinks.
New for 2017: We will be building a Mighty Fortress of Food for the Lonsdale Area Food Shelf. Bring lots of non-perishable items. Hearty Soups, Peanut Butter, Jelly, Toilet Paper, Granola Bars, Canned Fruit are all great items to bring. Let’s build a giant fortress!
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged and appreciated so we can be prepared for your child. Any questions regarding registration, or for additional forms, contact Mary or Kim at 744-2310.
